No one can ever say that they are to thin. Are you crazy, you are just healthy. Quit trying to be fat. Just stick to one meal a day, and that means one portion meal a day. You will be fine.

You don't say how old you are? If you are still teens or early 20s, hang on, it'll catch up! If not, get down on your knees and thank God you don't have it! You can make yourself stronger with weights and it will add some weight also as muscle weighs more than fat. If you're worried: look at Nicole Richey! She makes the halloween skeleton look chunky - and she says she's got a nutritionist trying to help her, she's not bulimic, anorexic or anything, just verrrrry thin. It's a popular look now, too!

being naturally slim its very hard to put on weight ,I have a fast metabolism and basically burn off whatever I eat, whilst im eating it.. maybe your the right weight for your height and build ,just being slim built. If you want to define nd add muscles you will need to do weights xxxx Hope this helps xx

Since you haven't gotten any real advice yet try this:

Eat more protien and carbohydrates. Basically you need to eat more than you burn. When you are adding to your diet focus on adding protien so you will add muscle mass and not fat.

Just be happy the way you are. As you age, you will put on weight, more than likely, & then you will be asking how to lose it....

1)Eat protein! Dairy products!
2)Work out to develop more lean muscle mass.
3)Make sure you don't start eating unhealthily just to gain weight.

have a glass of milk with 2 bannanas ever night .u can find effect withing 1month.........
