Use white eyeliner on the inner lower lid of your eye rather than black. It creates an illusion of a bigger eye and gives you a fresh bright look.

One of the best kits which is super easy to use, with flattering colors and at a great price is actually BY an Asian woman-celebrity makeup artist Mally Roncal! Her line is called Mally beauty and is available on QVC and the site. Her smoky eye palettes come in 4 shades and she gives great tips on how to bring out a smaller eye with a flat lid. She also has an amazing mascara which has two ends - one is the lash finder which plumps up and curls every single lash (great if your lashes are also straight and point down) and the other end is the lash maximizer which really makes the eyes pop!

Use something like a highlighter color around your brow bone. It will make your eyes "pop". Stila has some good ones. If you get on the website to Sephora you're bound to find something great! Get one with a little bit of shimmer to it.

Use heavy eyeliner in the corners & browns and green eyeshadow in the crease ofthe eye, also add white eyeliner to the rims of your eyes that will really open them up!! Hope I helped out!! ")

if have about of tips for you!(these are not intrutions,numbered,the numbers show how many tips i have)
1.i do three things:first use concealer under your eyes,and rub gently,and put powder on it!second put mascara only on my top lashes(curled). third use white eyeliner on my innner eyes!
2.line yout top lashes line with brown /black eyeliner ,and then curl my lashes for 20 seconds.i brush on one layer of balck mascara,let dry,curl your lashes again and add on another layer of mascara
3.after you put eye shadow,i use an angle brush to apply black eye shadow on my lashes line.
4.use a thickening and sepearating mascara --two in one-- on your lashes without using eyeliner.

wear cute eyeshadow and maybe some bright but not too bright contacts
