I got an interview on monday for a desk job... i think i have all the requirements they need and are looking for and on monday i get to interview with the big boss....idk how to act and should i smile?! idk i need some tips to stay cool...i get nervous and start to look around the room....can u guys help? - sry for the category i just know ill get more answers here!! :)

I don't usually ask questions like this but I am nine inches and am a pretty healthy guy...however my penis kinda hangs when I get an erection. I know some mens stand upright but does it matter to the women? Also I hear upright ones provide more pleasure...is this true? Should I try to 'fix' it or not worry? Is it even possible to change?

I have gorgeous, thick, naturally blonde hair...very very blonde. Until recently, I had never dyed it. I decided to go dark brown with blondish highlights (because I got extremely bored with my natual color) and it looks really good, but I miss my natural hair color already! She used a semi-permanant color. How long will it take for my hair to return to its natural color? Is there anything I can do to speed up this process? Any advice is recommended...

If someone offered free braiding, would you take it? I'm asking because I'm a braider and I live in Tucson, AZ. I decided to offer free braiding to a selection of single mothers or their children. I also offered free braiding for a few people from the general public. I've only gotten one response. I hope I'm not scaring people away with the word 'free'. Only ladies can respond to this question please!I've seen more often ladies who wear skirts or dresses with hose and high heel pumps, and others going completely barelegged without wearing any hose at all, exposing their bare feet and ankles in high heel pumps. I don't understand why ladies wear pantsuits with no hose or why both. When one of them is alone to cover up your legs, it just looks ridiculous and redundant. Don't you agree, ladies?

I have crystal clear skin but two days later, I been breakin out a little. I wash my face two times a day with a good cleanser. But my skin contuies to be oily and breaking out. How do u exfloite ur skin? Any acne tips that can actually keep my skin non oily and clear again?

p.s I dont want to use proactive, just some acne treatments thats mainly for teens ages 13 and up? lol
