All people say this? I have never heard that before. I have heard that if you masturbate, you will go blind and grow hair on the palms of your hands. None of these things have happened to me or to anyone else I know.
Since you asked this question, I guess you don't masturbate very much. Why not?

No it doesn't...that would have to mean that when a woman masturbates, their vagina grows too. No it's not true at all....
