i am suffering from heavy drandruff.even head shoulders shampoo,nizoral shampoo also could not solve my probl

my hair is falling.my skin on head is thickening.Even iam doing my head bath daily with head shoulders, the problem remained the same. which shampoo shall i use. is Zeal shampoo is good?

How do i keep my worn shoe for my collection?

If my parents are controling and emotionally abusive, should I just cut them out of my life completely?

Or would that be wrong? It's mainly my mom, and she's been emotionally (and sometimes physically) abusive to me my whole life. My dad is very passive and just sits back and lets her act crazy. I live in a different state from them now and she will call anywhere between 10-40 times a day. NO JOKE!!!! and everytime she has something rude to say and makes me feel like crap. Is it okay for me to just cut them out of my life and tell them I don't want anything to do with them anymore? She's already told me she isn't going to change....and everyone else says just to ignore her, and I try but it's hard when she won't stop calling me. OH AND BTW one time I just turned off my phone and she actually had the police in my town come to my apartment to check on me!!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO? WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
