Assuming they exist - yes, that's why they are still in limbo so to speak and not crossed over. Something is holding them to the world of the living - usually an emotional connection.

Yes they do. They would still have a human spirit assuming that you believe they exist.
Upset spirits are often spoken up. Spirits can't be upset without emotions.
Why would people have visitations from family members who have passed if they didn't have emotions?
