does black hair with strawberry blond highlights/frost sound good or bad?

thats way too much change, highlight are more mild than frosting, if you hair is black go for a dark auburn highlight

frosting is for guys, where its just the ends of their hair coloured. highlights are foils. if you are doing the foils yourself, my guess is it wont be strawberry blonde, but rather go orange. so i'd suggest you go to a professional. plus, they are two very opposite colours. i would suggest having lighter foils like that, would look better if they were under your hair, so the blonde isnt on top of your head, in your face. it will just shimmer through all the ends.

Yes, they are and your combo will look great...Are you going with chunky highlights or thin streaked ones? Either would be fine...your preference.
Frosting was always considered a very, very light (almost white) blonde.
When you call for an appt. use the term highlights, and you can get a foil process done or through a cap. Cosmetologist =o)

They are the same thing. Frosting is what they called it 30 years ago. That sounds like a good color combo.
