Hi there,
Sleep at least 8 hours every night.
Eat lots of salads and fruits.
Avoid eating too much of fried food or junk food.
Drink at least 10 glasses of water everyday.
Keep your face clean by using a good face wash.
Use a scrub made of masoor dal at least twice a week. You need to soak it in water overnight and then let it dry in shade. Then just grind it in the grinder and keep it stored in a airtight container. This can last till months to end if it is properly dried.
Use a face mask about once or twice a week of Multani Mitti mixed with rose water and a pinch of turmeric (haldi).
If you can get your hands on good sandalwood powder or stick it is the best thing for improving the complexion.
Don't use too many creams and lotions on the skin. An excess of these chemicals can ruin your complexion. Try using as many herbal products as possible.

Lime or lemon juice, turmeric, honey, etc are natural bleach. They remove tan and make your skin fairer. (Note that lemon juice is more effective than lime juice for getting fair complexion). Cucumber juice can be applied on dry as well as oily skin to get fair complexion. To make cucumber juice, grate (kaddukash) cucumber (with skin) and squeeze it. Only 1/2 to 1 teaspoon is sufficient for a single application.
Drink 10 glasses of water daily. Try the following pastes, mixtures or scrubs, if done daily, you will see a difference in about 10 days. These fair complexion remedies are also good for small babies.
All the mixtures, pastes and scrubs should be prepared freshly as they do not keep for a long time.

to some extent the complexion may be improved using kesar.put some kesar leaves in milk n drink it at night before sleeping,continue it atleast 4 a month n u will feel the change.if u fear from drinking it in milk then u can also go 4 a face pack of kesar made by mixing the kesar powder with gulab jal.
always try to maintain ur skin free from oil 4 this u can go 4 the ayur skin toner,tone ur atleast twice a day .
as for as possible drink lots of water according to doctors one should drink atleast 8 glasses of water in a day to maintain a good skin.

1. Drink a lot of water, vegetable, fruit, etc. Don't eat much fat, sweets, chocolates, etc.
2. Clean your face in the morning and evening with a good antiseptic cleanser.
3. Then use a moisturiser suitable for your skin type (oil free, preferably)
4. Do some soft peeling and mask once a week.
5. DONT SMOKE or drink alcohol
6. Sleep enough hours.

well, the answer u got frm cpinatsi is the perfect answer,, i wud like to add tat u can improve your complexion but cannot become fairer,, so dnt think of changing the complxn altogethr!!! eat healthy, drink healthy,, sleep well , excrsz and go for walks,, use a gud sunscreen, scrub your face once a week, apply rosewater evry alternate day n apply face pack once a week!!! You will have a perfect face n glowing skin
