Cuttin your own hair is really risky, so I suggest that you go to a salon, but if your cutting your bangs, (those slanted kinds of bangs) you basically just pull your hair to the side and cut diagonally

don't do it.. go to super cuts! it's cheap there..... like 10 bucks for a style you want... unless you know somebody that can cut it go for it.. but be careful!
