my hair is falling.my skin on head is thickening.Even iam doing my head bath daily with head shoulders, the problem remained the same. which shampoo shall i use. is Zeal shampoo is good?

may i suggest never wearing dark colors. on another note, maybe you are drying out your scalp too much. buy some type of oil to apply on your scalp to stop the flakiness. good luck.

There is another shampoo which uses a completely different approach than dandruff shampoos, and it works great. You can find it in some salons (depends where you live) or on the Internet. The manufacturer is named "Mastey", and the particular shampoo you need is called "Traite". It is a French name (sounds like "tray-tay").
It actually cleanses away the flaking while moisturizing the hair and scalp. Hair feels so much better too!

I use Head & Shoulders and My answer would be this: I am a Mom of 2 grown children I am age 48, and know a little about shampoos. I used to be a beauty Consultant too. So, I advice you this, Head and shoulders is very good and please pay attention to the back of the bottle, It DOES help CONTROL dandruf on regular use and don't use anything else in between. Also, rinse your hair THOROUGHLLY every wash time. Hot water opens the pors and cold closes them. Keep that in mind when washing your hair or skin period. Hope this helps? Have a nice day. : )

I advice you to visit doctor. Till then you can wash your hair and scalp with nizoral shampoo. It is not enough washing your hair and head. You have to clean your bed lines, towels, combs, and everything you use even two times a week. Otherwise problem will not solve soon. Sometimes your scalp may extra dry. Do oil massage if you can. But the best thing is to visit doctor.

I own a salon and have been doing hair for 14 years. It sounds like you have a fungus, you definitely need to see a dermatologist as soon as possible before any permanent damage is done to the hair root. Until then try a Shampoo with Tea Tree and Sulfate free. Be sure not to go to sleep with wet hair.

After years of dealing with severe dandruff and trying every product on the market, I finally tried Top Brass Anti-Dandruff cream and I'm happy to say that with regular use, I am dandruff free. I've only been able to find it on online drugstore websites such as Longs or Walgreen's, but it's only about $3 a tube and works wonders.

go to a salon and find one that they sell there. a lot of over the counter brands use cheap ingredients that cause dandruff. make sure to rinse your hair fully when you shampoo and condition. scrub your head with the tips of your fingers. make sure not to miss spots. don't put any products in your hair after you get out of the shower. they will build up and cause dandruff.

loreal anti-dandraff elseve shampoo. danddruff cause is from extreme dry scalp. oil your scalp with olive oil 2x a week before you shampoo, it will gradually get cured.
