Jeans can work, the right color jeans. With pastel blue, you can wear pretty much any color bottom, aside from the bright colored jeans that used to be cool in the 90s.

Well recently I saw the TV show What Not to Wear. They stated that black, tan, burgundy, brown, and gray are all neutral colors and any other color goes with them. So either one of those colors in pants, capris, or skirts will look great.

It would be much appreciated if you could display a link for this pastel blue shirt. But in case there is no link to it I suggest wearing a cute frilly black skirt .

how about nice black dress slacks or tan pants. Maybe a pretty white skirt or a sweet light brown.
