I have extremely light, but yellow-undertoned skin, and makeup usually drives me crazy b/c their lightest shades are always this ridiculous pink color. I mean, seriously -- does anyone even HAVE pink skin?? Anyway, I bought the Ivory in this brand b/c it was the lightest, but (as always) it is pink-undertoned. It appears that the Buff is yellow undertoned, but I'm hesitant to buy it b/c it seems quite a few shades darker. (For reference, I'm so pale I would match the 2 lightest colors in L'Oreal's True Match line, which is damed light... lol. Also, I am about an NC 15 in MAC, and sometimes even a bit lighter than that.)

When I wear my heels, I feel sooo powerful!! When I rock the $1200 Prada high heel knee high boots, I just feel superior, better, and in control. Men just worship me!! Literally, some of the men in my office would do anything ie kiss my boots just b./c they love my boots...

My hair is dk brown, and I decided I wanted to be blond! So, I went to the salon. I am in Korea, and the only one here is the military shop. I showed them a picture of a blond, but they made my hair bright orange. I was so mortified and to be honest, amused at the situation, that I was just as obliging as I could be and got out of there as quick as I could. On the way home, I got a box of blond hightlighting dye. So, the next day, I highlighted my hair so I could get different tones. It didn't really do much, so I put the stuff all over, thinking I could just make it blond. I also decided to do my eyebrows while I was at it, because I looked very silly with big dark eyebrows and orange hair. Now I have blond eybrows and light orange hair. The blond is concentrated at the scalp, tapering down to orange. I am scared to bleach it anymore, for fear of it falling out. I don't want to go back to dk brown, because I'd at least like a change. Maybe red? But I just don't want orange! HELP!

I know this is a lame question... but to satisfy the curiousity of a Mississippi girl with grand dreams of a big city with beautiful people in fabulous clothes... do New Yorkers really dress in black?
