There are lots of options for the color match for someone with a yellow undertone, however not all of these have the SPF you are looking for. For instance, L'Oreal HIP line has a fantastic range, Real Cosmetics, which was founded by a South East Asian women is fantastic for the yellow ranges, as is another range called Global Goddess, and Sue Devitt who makes amazing cosmetics overall. If you don't find any versions of the above with SPF, then you could always try using a very light makeup base with has the SPF in it. Try Tarte, Smashbox and Laura Mercier.

You can try mixing two shades together. MAC has some shades that are pretty close. There's also a brand called Sacha that is entirely yellow-based.

My wife uses Neutrogena in golden bisque and has spf 15.
