Beauty & Style - 5 September 2006

My son has to have his hair cut almost on a 2 week basis. It grows straight up. Have to gel it down but by the end of the day its sticking straight up. Would like to grow it out maybe but can't seem to make it lay down. Any shampoos to help? Or is there a way to cut it or shave it to make it grow to lay down? Thanks.
