You can actually get some from the same factories that make the Jordans. So they could be "real." A lot of the stuff in the fake markets in China actually come from factories contracted to make the same stuff. It actually does cost about $10 to make some pairs of shoes.

Chris gave you the answer... some factories sell the products (some may not be prefect because of the wrong colour or have minor faults in qualities and are supposed to be destroyed) to hawkers without letting their clients know.
