if you grow a beard be prepared to possibly be treated or even perceived in a different way.Some people still think that a person is "hiding" something behind a beard.

I think you need to be at least 27 to pull off the full beard look. You don't look 27, so i'd say no.

As long as it isn't too long. Make sure it is neat and clean. It's nice to look clean shaven too. It looks more professinal. It's up to you. Whatever you prefer more. All the power to you.
