im 12 and going in to 7th grade i have an aunt who is a hair stylest so i can do anything with my hair for free i kinda want highlights but im wontdering if im too young for them plz give me some advice!!

I have to go to my Aunts wedding and its going to be up Canada!! In September so i am trying to figure out what to wear!! So this is were i need your help: I was thinking of wearing a short mini denium skirt with a tight blue long sleve v-neck top!!! And a blue tights with blue/white furry mocassion!!! What do you think of this outfit ?? Nd i was thinking of wearing this to the first day of school too!!! And i was going to wear my hair down and curly with big silver hoop ear rings and a white bracelet and a silver hooped necklace!! Also i was going to wear blue eye shadow and black or brown eyeliner!!!
So could you tell me what you think of this out fit i really need to know so i can go to the store and buy it!!!

I read alot of smokey eye questions and answers on here and theyre all good but it never turns out right for me because I don't have much of a brow bone. i already have my earlobe pierced, and i was wondering if i should just get my 2nd holes or get my cartilage pierced. i really like how the cartilage piercing looks but a couple of my friends have had it done and they said it hurts but then other people say it doesnt hurt what do you think? and do you think its safe to go to a piercing shop like piercing pagoda? let me know thnx alot!
