The best way to get rid of acne, pimples, zits, etc. is to make sure you wash your hands as much as possible. The germs and bacteria on your hands get onto your face anytime when you are brushing your hair, touching your face, eating, or anything else. The cleaner your hands are, the cleaner your face will be. Also, remember to wash your face with a warm cloth every morning. This ensures that you have a fresh, new layer of skin and the pimples, zits and acne will go away much sooner with a cleaner, top layer of skin since you're washing away all the bacteria, germs, and dirt from the top layer of the skin. If you make sure to do this every day, your acne and pimples will definitely go away. I have been rinsing my hands more with water lately (basically within the last month) and I've noticed a dramastic change in the way my facial skin looks. I barely have any acne anymore, my skin feels cleaner, and I feel fantastic knowing that I look great! Give this a shot, and your acne problems should be gone for good. Just don't forget to wash your face and hands everyday.

First of all, pimples are mainly caused first during the the pubirty seccession, with the overproduction of oil, which can be trapped in the sebacious gland under the skin.

Cleaning:
First wash the face twice a day with a facewash that contains salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. The best type of face wash is either clean and clear or neutragina. Then pat dry. Make sure not to scrub the face while drying. Pat Dry. Only wash face twice a day, but do not wash more than a half a minute to a minute, depending. After patting dry, use a toner, perferbable on pad form. Then condition with a cream which contains vitamin E and C, and which has suncreen in it. If you can, find one which contains those and soy Use twice after each washing. Do not use more than a dime size, because you could clog the pores. Make sure to drink eight glasses of water or gatorade, never cokes. Never fried or greasy foods. Have a good diet, and take vitamens, emphasizing on vitamin E, C, A, B.

NEVER WORRY! This causes pimples. Stress about anything causes pimles; even about pimples

NEVER POP PIMPLES. This causes infection to spread, causing more pimples and damage to the skin.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

I get rid of a pimple completely overnight, or about 1 to 2 days, (depending on how severe the blemish). Pop your pimple. by sliding the edge of something, across it, and poping it. Then 1/4 fill your sink with warm water, and pour about a half cup of salt to the water. Take a cotton ball or cotton square or round, and soak it in the salty water for about 30 seconds, moving it around in the water getting it good and salty. Take it out and squeeze out the water. Apply the cotton ball to pimple, and push down. if it doesn't tingle, put more salt on the cotton ball. When it does tingle, push down for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, DO NOT WASH OFF THE SALT THAT STAYS ON YOUR FACE!!! Take Some honey and drop it on a Q-tip. Apply honey to pimple and leave on for 15 mintes. After 15 min is up, rinse off with water. Then apply a dab of toothpaste and leave overnight... That's it!!! Odd i know, but i works!!

Use Cetaphil products and Neutrogena tinted moisturizer (Cover Girl is pretty good too). You will be amazed at how clear and beautiful your skin will look all the time. I was. And it's fairly cheap. Even the Equate brand cleanser (large bottle is about $6 here) works as well. Haven't had any blemishes since I started using it about a year ago. I couldn't be happier and I have had plenty of products on my skin over my lifetime. People tend think I'm almost 10 years younger than I really am;)

Not sure when your date is but extra strength Stridex works (pads) if you use it twice a day (morning and night). That seems to clear it up quickly. But if your date is tomorrow then use make up to cover it up but then when you get home be sure to clean your face off so the pimples can breathe and put more Stridex on it. I swear by the stuff!

I think to get rid of them fast or make them disappear is make-up.That's the fastest way right before you're going on a date but another is washing your face everyday and trying not to go through too much stress or any at all.

Try "on the spot". It works for small pimples overnight for sure. You can find it anywhere really. Local drugstore, Wal-mart, Target, any store and its kinda cheap? Well, it depends on the drugsotre and stuff. Lol.
