im 12 and going in to 7th grade i have an aunt who is a hair stylest so i can do anything with my hair for free i kinda want highlights but im wontdering if im too young for them plz give me some advice!!

Ask your parents how old they think you should be before you get highlights. That way you aren't asking for them, and you are asking for their guidance. They should appreciate that.

You'll look cute with highlights, and you'll look even cuter with your moms permission. If you don't ask it will put your mom and your aunt in a very awkward situation. Don't do that to either of them. If your mom says no, not now then ask if you can have this as your holiday gift or birthday gift because it's something you really want.
Do not be a brat just because you can!

try to avoid coloring your hair at such a young age. once you start it's hard to stop and grow it out... i know so many girls who started young and by the time they were 17 they didn't even know what color their hair was naturally anymore. i colored my hair in high school and college and eventually had to stop and grow it all out to get natural shiney locks again.... i recommend never coloring your hair (but i understand that curiousity may get the better of you, as it did me), because it ALWAYS looks fake - even the really good dye jobs like jessica simpson - i've seen her a couple times up close - look fake in real life... go natural and keep it real, shiney and healthy is hot!

first concern section fringe seem large yet they are so stressful I rather have had one achieved yet a week later I have been given decrease out because of fact which you spend each 2 secounds putting it in the back of your ear yet please don't get highlights with out asking in the adventure that your mum if she remains mad now then she is gonna hit the roof in case you do this enable her cool down slightly first

I don't think your too young, just don't do anything drastic--see how you like it first. I recommend getting some hair style magazines to give you ideas, then take the pictures you like with you and ask the stylist what they recommend for you.

you acturally get your hair done free!? that is crazy anyway i think you should get highlights but it depends on what kind of color! i have always wanted highlights,my hair is a color between red and blond.i have always wanted black highlights,but my mom said no,so you are lucky.but to get highlights,that is a lot of money.yes you should though
