what do I eat. I mean like how do I use my meals the right way. Like what do i eat. And what are all protein. That i can eat that isnt fattning?

well... let me tell u this... not every person is built the same... some ppl need more protiens than they need carbs.. and others need more carbs than protien. But if u want to a keep a routine i suggest you do LOTs of aerobic excersize like running... running flattens your stomach so it shows your abs more and it also burns fat. Aerobc excersize increases lung capacity and body efficiency. Doing a bunch of sit ups and push ups wont help because all you are doing is adding muscle... and if ther is fat there u wont really see the muscle... You should eat soy... and legumes like beans and peanuts... if u want to eat meat stick to lean meats like chicken and fish. SOY has lots of protien and hardly any fat. Substitue most or all of your drinks w/ water.

So many programs out there that are good. But the only thing I will promise you is that to be successful you MUST have breakfast everyday and OATMEAL should be eaten about four times a week. May sound dumb, but it's true. No matter what else you do (Chicken, rice and broccoli) start with breakfast.

One more thing, you DO NOT have to do salad at every meal, but, the greener your veggies the better.

maximize your muscle by eating six meals a day high in protien low in fat and carbs. Egg Whites are 100% protien, no fat, no carbs, eat them with every meal.
