I have to go to my Aunts wedding and its going to be up Canada!! In September so i am trying to figure out what to wear!! So this is were i need your help: I was thinking of wearing a short mini denium skirt with a tight blue long sleve v-neck top!!! And a blue tights with blue/white furry mocassion!!! What do you think of this outfit ?? Nd i was thinking of wearing this to the first day of school too!!! And i was going to wear my hair down and curly with big silver hoop ear rings and a white bracelet and a silver hooped necklace!! Also i was going to wear blue eye shadow and black or brown eyeliner!!!
So could you tell me what you think of this out fit i really need to know so i can go to the store and buy it!!!

Even if you dont get it I am sure whatever you wear your aunt will apricate you coming. But that outfit sounds great to me!

Bad idea there. Not only is not too informal for a wedding, Canada in September will be cold. Try a more sedate look. You don't want to look trashy in comparison to the other guests.
Look for warm fabrics, like wool or velvet, and darker colors. Also try a dress or skirt that's longer than a mini, knee length at least. If it's at night, it's going to be formal. Think ankle length. Avoid anything that you would wear to school. I can guarantee you that you will be out of place in it. Consertative and sedate are the rules here, dress like you are going to church even if the wedding isn't being held in one. You can still be colorful and look great without being as out there as that outfit is.
If you are unsure, ask your mom. She can tell you how formal the event will be. As much as you may hate it, go shopping with her. She will know more than you about what kind of wedding your aunt will be having, and she knows what to expect for proper guest attire. You can still wear you hair down, and funky jewelry, makeup, and accessories if you want. But stay away from an entire outfit that's funky.

WOOO-you are overloading on blue!! How old are you? I think if you are going to a wedding, denim is NEVER appropriate. If you are gonna be it Canada think cooler weather. Wear nice black slacks and that blue top I'm sure would look great with it.
