The salons want over 100 bucks to do my hair! Its got 3-4 different blondes in it, in a small weave. It takes HOURS to do it! Anyway, no time, no money for all that. Im going to go just one or two colors (pale blonde) but dont want it to look 'golden,' just naturally sun blonde. What is a good brand of hair color that I can get over the counter that produces good natural results, and will cover my light brown roots AND not make it look dark blond on the roots, bright on the ends. You know, consistent! I need suggestions! Thanks!

I have been trying to decide on one design for about 5 years and still can't decide. I am Norwegian and Irish and therefore would like a Celtic tattoo but not one that looks like everyone else. I am married to a Japanese man and have a Japanese last name which he has tattooed in his grandmother's congi on his arm. I like Japanese symbols. We have a daughter named Brooke (I would like a reference to her or her name, i.e., brooks, streams, or congi, too). I would like something referring to peace or tranquility. Any great ideas? I only want one tattoo and was thinking about placing it in the middle of my back above my bra strap, not above my buttcrack like everyone else. What do you think of that placement. Also, I would like a tattoo on my toe but have heard that tattoo artists recommend not tattooing the toes, why? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm thinking about dying my hair before I go to see my favorite band in concert, My Chemical Romance and before school starts again. I've put alot of thought into it and I decided that black with bright red underneath sounds cool. Some people do the blonde with black underneath but I thought Black with red underneath sounded cool and unlike anything I've seen recently. My hair is quite long, about to my mid chest and I was wondering if I do dye it this way should I cut the top a little bit? Maybe layer it? I just need some advice. Anyone have any? If so let me know! Or if anyone has a picture of someone with hair like this could you show me? I would like to actually see it on someone instead of just picturing it in my head.

I am making a pair of knit gauchos. I have seen some in the stores that are not hemmed and they kind of curl up at the bottom. I was wondering how they do that. I have tried ripping it and cutting it and then stretching it. I am out of ideas. Any would help. Thank you.
