theres this guy that i really like, but im not sure if he like's me back,how do i hint to him that i wanna go out???

if you can get a group of people together to go for ice cream or a movie....or if you are alone with him, go for a walk and get a soda....just try talking with him first before you just walk up to him and say 'let's be boyfriend and girlfriend'.....be friends. Be his friend. Talk about the things that interest him (baseball?) and be natural and friendly. Go slow. You could scare a guy away with "I like you, do you like me?" Try I like the Yankees (whatever..) do you? Try, we're going to the pool tomorrow, wanna come with us? Etc....you don't have to put yourself in a position where he can laugh and make fun of you....put yourself in a position that you are including him for fun times. This way if he's interested he can get to know you little by little and when he feels 'safe' he'll ask you out.
