start drinking a lot of water and try putting lemon slices in it. something in the lemon oil causes your metabolism to speed up. also, walk walk walk. I have been working 3 days a week in a nursing home and use the stairs instead of the elevator. I haven't lost pounds, but inches. I have however gained muscle mass, therefore, the lack of pounds lost. keep it up even after you have met your target weight. otherwise, it comes back w/ a vengeance is even harder to get back off.

Fahrenheit pills 20 dollars at walmart 30 at gnc, well worth it 130 to 109 in a week and a half for gymnastics, good luck

You have to do any hour worth of cardio
treadmill
30 jump and jacks 4 sets
loose the bread and pasta diet!! do this 5 days out of the week!!

I've heard that if you have a baby you can lose that much in under a week.
