I don't know what "kine" is. But I use the charcoal black powder from Mac and apply it with a thin brush. It lasts all day and looks great.

I use Avon make up for almost everything. I love it. The stick eyeliner is cool because you don't even need to press down at all!! It seems so easy!!! And when you want it more 'natural' looking, if you smudge it just a little bit (which is pretty easy) you get a cute, more natural look. Their liquid eyeliner is fabulous, it being the quickest and easiest I have ever found to apply. Covergirl works wonders, too. I believe Avon is cheaper, though, and I love it so much more than Covergirl. You can buy different colors of eyeliner from Avon, too, for a more modern look.

It depends on your eye color
Blue: Black or brown, and maybe some Sapphire Blue...why not play out the eyes!?(and if you like the punk look...go for Red on top, black on bottom!)
Green: Turquoise on top, purple on bottom. Then a good amount of mascara
Brown: All of the above look nice.
Hazel: Smooth Plum or a Light Brown.
(All of these colors are found at Hot Topic, and all the darks stuff is from Walgreens)

I hate eyeliner! It's SO artificial!! A little mascara goes a long way and isn't too overbearing if used w/o eyeliner. You don't have to cake on a ton of make up to be pretty - just use a little to enhance natural beauty(guys love it!).

I LOVE the new cream eyeliner from Clinique. Its waterproof and WILL NOT come off until washed off with soap. I swear by tha stuff! I love it, It comes with like and cool lil angle brush for it and everything!

wet 'n' wild is a great brand for eyeliner even though it may seem cheap. 99 cents is perfect for anyones bugdet!

I would go with what -- "precious" said '//' Mac is always good quality but if you are looking for someting cheap look atr walmart or a drugstore..
