yeah, right. Your neighbor is sunbathing topless and you had the presence of mind to run to the computer just to tell us. What a great guy you are.

I assume from the fact that you are telling everyone that your neighbour is a girl.
I am a girl and I swim and sunbathe topless all the time in my backyard. Although my yard is built such that neighbours cannot see in. So the only people who see me are my family and any friends we have over.
I wonder if she knows you can see her? If so, presumably she isn't worried. If not, don't go and surprise her - she would probably be very embarrassed.
I suggest you leave her be. Enjoy the view a little if you must, but discreetly.

Yeah run right over with a long veiled gown that covers her up completly! Bring a long an Islamic preacher and tell her you've decided to follow Allah! But when ya g/f hears she won't be giving you anything! Bwaaa-ha-ha-ha! I just kidding jeeze!

You should go about your business, apptreciate that her boobs look good, give her credit for being confident enough to go topless without concern for who might see her, and realize that boobs are not things that are nasty or need to be hidden.
