If you lose the weight gradually you will give your skin a chance to contract and not be loose and flabby. It's when you lose your weight fast that causes you to have flab. The most I've lost at one time is 35 pounds and I wasn't flabby. Just take it slow and you should be fine. I'm flabby now because I had a baby. I need to lose 40-50 pounds now too. Good luck!
