that melanin converts sunlight into vitamin D?

I read this in a wholistic health book. I suppose after all it is a pigment and pigments do something similar in plants (assist in converting light to food). I came to this because I can't drink whole milk and I was looking for a better source of Vitamin D. And low and behold the book says sunlight! True?

down there. i trimmed my pubes about a week ago, with a pair of scissors, and it itches like crazy! next time, how do i shave my bal-ls? Do I? also, what could help stop this itchiness for the next time?

A study in a sports medicine journal in 1987 found that black women had a much higher thigh to waist ratio (circumference of both thighs added together divided by their waist size). They also examined and measured gluteus and quadricep strength in 244 subjects half black women and half white women and found that black women were far superior in gluteus strength and mildly superior in quad strength. this tells me that black women are physically beyond white women but they choose to only play basketball and track mostly but tennis they leave alone. I dont understand this because there is so much money in womens tennis. they could dominate the game (and show off their sweet juicy behinds at the same time) So where are they?

i have according ot some scale i cant remember the name of 3b curly hair and i have always wanted to pull the top of it up itno a cute crickly bun and leave a few random soft curls down but when i pull up the top the bottom curls try to stick out instead of going down i tried straightening the part nearest my scalp but that just looked strange any ideas

My friends Sweet 16 is coming up. I am one of those girls that doesn't go all out with makeup on a daily basis. I use eyeliner and lipgloss, but nothing else. For her Sweet 16 I have to do my makeup and I would like it to look nice and a little more mature than just my norm. So if anyone could please tell me what I need, as in brushes and products, and how to do it, that would be a lot of help.

Thing is my hair has been getting thinner but it still looks decent if that makes any sense but I've been told coloring can ruin hair and cause fall out. I want to get a perm to make it thicker but wonder if it would do more damage?

ok im 15 and have gray hair. not like an old lady but i see like one or two when im straightening my hair. could this be because of me dying my hair to much or is it because of stress?..you tell me.im clueless on this one.

I have a bust size of 34DD. Its really hard to find a bra that fits correctly. So i am trying to find a bra that doesnt actually 'smoosh' my boobs, cause it looks horrible. I also whant to dress conservitive and not look like a slut. So do you have any ideas?

i take showers every damn day, i use baking soda, i change my deordant like 50 damn times and i take body mint pills. i still smell why>? why me? Its 4 inches below my shoulders and getting a trim seems to slow it down soo what can I do so I can have it up to me bra strap? or a lil below than that? I heard that you can put an anticonceptive pill in the shampoo and wash your hair it will grow faster. Has anybody tried this? How about prenatal pills, do those work?
