I have a bust size of 34DD. Its really hard to find a bra that fits correctly. So i am trying to find a bra that doesnt actually 'smoosh' my boobs, cause it looks horrible. I also whant to dress conservitive and not look like a slut. So do you have any ideas?

One thing, is that i am too small for a plus size store. I am a 32DD. I am very small waisted and have large breats. I am polish hehe. the smallest size they have in plus size stores is like a 40. And even places like Victorias secret doesnt even do up too DD. I have a very hourglass figure.

I've heard a couple ideas.

1) Go strapless. Apparently, strapless shirts and dresses supposedly makes your breasts appear smaller and not as prominent. You would need to find support, however.

2) I am a 38D and like to wear bras that give good support but allow me to have a plunging neckline. It draws attention to my chest, but not for the size - rather the cleavage. Plus, my boobs aren't smashed and are very well supported.

3) Vertical striped shirts with open collars. Old Navy has a good line of these. They have larger collars and cuffs, and the vertical lines decrease the look of a large bust.

4) Gathered shirts. Shirts that scoop at the neck and have gathered fabric there accentuate the breasts and make them look complementary. I found one at Wal-Mart and it's one of my favorite shirts.

5) Baby-Dolls. Little straps and flowing fabric from under the breast. Go very sparing on these, as some of them can make your boobs look even bigger.

Steer clear of print tees - generally the logos on the shirts are right across your boobs and it ends up making people look straight where you don't want them to.

Solid colors (like cheapy tees from Wal-Mart) should be avoided too. Try to get shirts with cuts to them, darted shirts are also good (darts are the lines under your boobs and on the back that make the shirt fit to your waist). I personally avoid patterns (other than stripes) because it makes me feel bigger all around.

But, there are my ideas. Hope it helps! Good luck!

Lane Bryant has some very nice bras you may be interested in. It is a store for plus sized women but considering the size of your breast it may be you best bet. They make minimizer bras as well if you would like to make your cup size appear smaller. As a matter of fact....you might want to check out their tops too. Since they are a larger size they shouldn't "smoosh" you in that area. I am large breasted as well and have found that I really like wearing a scoop neck top. There's enough chest showing to feel and look sexy but not so much as to make you appear slutty. Make sure you get tops in the correct size...if you buy them too large it will look just as bad as one that is too small. Try to stay away from shrugs...they are quite popular right now...but the way they are cut would really make your chest pop and it doesn't sound as though that's the type of attention you desire. I know this information is a bit limited but I sincerely hope it helps. My best advice to you? Buy what you like. If you feel good in it then chances are you look good too! I am attaching a link to the Lane Bryant store. I love them! Take care and I hope you have an amazing day!

Firstly, you should go to a department store where you can be measured and fitted for a bra.

Secondly, if your waist is well defined, you should wear clothing that gives you an hour glass shape so you don't look top heavy and out of proportion.

An A-line skirt or a style that flounces out at the bottom will give you that balance.

This site is free, though y ou have to register to use it. It's fascinating and it works! I used it when I had to purchase new clothes for a cruise last year. I was very pleased with the results.

Wear a good minimizing support bra...that is key..the good ones that don't smoosh are expensive, but a good investment. Use boat necks, square necks with accessories to draw the eyes to the neck and face. A well fitted blazer always works. Stay away from ruffles and prints that take the eyes to the bust lines. do not wear skin tight clothing. Look for soft lines that are well fitted but not tight.

Well I just watched a fabulous show on Oprah About bras.. And the women said that you really need to get measured and by bras that my feel uncomfortable at first, but break them in.. sort of like shoes. I don't even know, but try looking into that there was some good tips on there. And for clothes, you don't have to look trashy you need to find shirts that fit you bust, and then consider getting the rest of the shirt tailored to fit your body.

I have found a local store that specializes in custom made bras. Try a net search for your area, makes all the diff in the world. As far as clothing, find button down shirts that have some stretch to them and you can find fuller coverage tanks and t shirts with some looking. Newport News is a good site for shirts like these.

first go to a professional bustier fitter and get the proper bra to wear, this helps define your shape and lifts your breasts so it makes you more comfortable when wearing clothes.
Then buy clothes that fit your breast shape but have a slight flare below them on your waist or hipline. To stay in proportion if your bottom is large accentuate your waist by wearing clothing that follows your hourglass shape(nipping in here) with fabric that drapes. I have seen really big breasted girls who look a million dollars by following this theme.Dont go for to many colors, stick to a base color then play it up with your own favourites. good luck
