Yes, except it's called a nose job. Basically changing the look of your nose, a lot of people get this done cause thats the only part of your body that you can't change by losing weight or whatever.

No it would be Rhinoplasty, or nose job, can reduce or increase the size of the nose, change the tip or bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils or change the angle between the nose and upper lip.

Noooooooooooooo, have you see how doctors do the liposuction, where in the world do you think a needle like that will fit in you nose, unless you have a nose like Billy from the Grimm cartoons.

No you can't. The nose is made up of catilage, skin and bone, there is no fat. You can have a rhinoplasty to reduce the size and reshape the nose. HTH.

No, because there's rarely any FAT on the nose. It's almost all cartilage and you get a rhinoplasty.

It's the cartilage and flesh that make your nose what it is, not fat. Liposuction removes fat only.
