Two ways.
Use a dry make up puff, apply it after your foundation for a natural look.
Or dampen your make up puff and apply it for a thicker look. For a photo shoot or dinner.

makeup that can be applied in 2 ways.........straight out ofthe compact.......or mixed with water.........can be used for face and body makeup also
