If you have a family doctor its good to ask what to do if you do not want to see a doctor and know you are healthy it's good to lift about 2-5 lbs in weights before you do any cardio 15-20 minutes before the cardio exercise because it helps burn fat at lot of people just jump on a tread mill and see no results and quit if they only lifted some weights they could help with burning the fat no you will not become like a huge body builder doing reps help it helps build muscle and muscle burns fat also a note muscle is heaver then fat go on yahoo health and see any other helpfull ideas it's good to keep a healthy life style all your life. good luck

Cut out your carbs. No breads or pasta for two weeks. Have one pasta meal a week. Drink water and dont drink pop, unless it is diet. Dont eat junk food which includes chips, ice cream or candy. Candy has a lot of sugar and it will not help you lose weight.

Eat more meat like chicken (not fried or fast food!), salmon and ham. Eat vegetables with your meal and have fruit in betweem. Walk more, go for a run in the morning or go to the gym.

I recommend taking Trim Spa if you want to lose 15 or more pounds. It really works but costs around 50 dollars.

Raise ur Resting Metabolic Rate to an elevated rate. Best way to achieve this is with weight training and some cardio. Eat healthy, do the 40-30-30 diet

breads,sweets,dairy,all meats should be less eaten than all of your vegetables and fruit... eat lots of fruit in the morning and a big veggy plate for lunch everyday...then for dinner eat before six and keep it simple....drink your weight in ounces of water as often as possible...........peace out
