you can probably pick out the fabric at a fabric store or wal mart a light colored such as a white or badge silk one would be nice then find someone that like does alterations or something and have them make your dress thats waht I did i said white or badge cuz Marilyn Monroe always wore that and it would be cool to copy her

there is actually a thing for Latin girl that is called a sweet 15.try picking out the fabric and tacking it to a local dress shop that's what my cousin did a and she gave them sort of a design type that she wanted and they made it for her but also charged it for her
