i want to cut my own hair, and while i find it easy cutting the sides and bangs, it seems way hard cutting the back...help pleeeeeeease

My left boob is bigger than the right. It's not terribly noticable unless I am naked. I'm tired of them looking ********. Is there any type of exercise to get them the same size?
