Try body scrub ... maybe a little pumice and sun free tanning oil.

I've never had to worry about scars on my feet, but I have had to deal with a scar on my cheek from a bone on bone split (fist to face ; _ ; ). I had to get stiches and the scar was about an inch long. I know that vitamin E helps cellular growth and the healing process, so the day after I got the stiches, I started taking vitamin E gel capsules (intended for consumption) and just popped a hole big enough to apply a thin layer over my scar. I did this daily as it healed, as I was terrified of getting an ugly scar on my face.
If its a new scar, avoid going into the sun, it will start to turn brown! After it healed, I started applying Neosporin about twice daily, as it is very good at diminishing scars. Now, the scar is almost invisible. Nobody ever notices it :D
I hope you can adapt some of this advice to apply to your foot situation.

Go to a dermatologist. Depending on the size and serveity of the scars, a lot of OTC treatments won't work. There are scar pads that can fade the appearance of scars, but won't remove them. Dermatologists can recommend stronger treatments or sometimes surgical procedures to remove your scars.
