what hurts worse....getting ur belly button pierced or getting ur tongue pierced? i really wanna kno cuz like i wanna get one done but idk which.....

I have my tongue pierced, I've had it pierced twice because I had to take it out the first time, but it hurt like hell the first time but the second time it didn't hurt at all but I think it only hurt the first time because the person wasn't very professional so just be careful who you go to and neither should hurt more than the other but everybody has different pain tollerances. As for the tummy button I haven't had that pierced (yet) but a few of my friends have and one of them says it hurt more than any other piercing she has (and she has A LOT) but the other one said it was only a pinch and a sting so I don't think you're going to know until you just try it! I've had my belly button pierced, and it didnt hurt too much. Just felt kinda like a stinging sensation, but it was over in like 1 minute so it's all good. Then it got infected last summer (about 2 months after I got it) and I had to take it out (same with my nose piercing...actually i don't know why i had to stop wearing a nose ring..can't remember...) I think that having your tongue pierced would really hurt. I want to get my tongue, eyebrow, bellybutton (repierced), lip, and nose (repierced) pierced.

I used to work in a tattoo/piercing palour.
Honestly, the best thing to do is to stay calm. If you hype yourself up with the fact that it is going to hurt, it will.
I have piercings in places that will make you cringe if i tell you where, but it really wasn't that bad because it hurts for only a second. Then it's just kind of a dull pain.
What i can tell you is that if you get your tongue pierced, be prepared not to be able to talk properly for 3 - 10 days.

to me, neither one hurt really. Belly button was a piece of cake, and the tongue was just weird. Not painful, just awkward when they are doing it.

IT DEPENDS ON UR TOLERANCE! I HAD BOTH DONE, I GOT MY TONGUE PIERCED TWICE! I THINK OVERALL THE NEITHER HURT ANYMORE THAN THE OTHER!
