You need to get your ends trimmed, as they are so damaged that if not taken care of, the damage will travel further up the shaft of hair, Yikes! Causes for damage you might want to avoid after you cut it, number one, heat. If you are using a blow dryer, curling iron, curlers or a straightening iron, you must use a thermal protectant product that you normally spray into the hair after washing. It helps prevent damage. If you are using a straight iron, back off. Seriously, I have been seeing SO many teen age girls with fried hair from over using the straight iron.... thanks goodness curls are coming back into style. Number two, use decent shampoo and conditioner. It doesn't have to be a salon brand, but get the best you can afford. Number three, if you are coloring, highlighting, bleaching or otherwise chemically processing your hair... give it a break. Hair can only take so much before it does what your is doing right now. Good Luck!

Yeah I Agree Dead Endz Are A Hazard To Your Hair And They Stop It From Growing. It's Better To Get Them Cut Every Two Weeks.

Well then get ends cut, all the dead ends is what causing your hair to break off. It's getting tangled and it's hard to comb, the comb can't go through the knots. Therefore, get the ends cut off by a professional. That's waht I do as well.

Freshen up your look by trimming 2-3 inches off. It's not too drastic, and you'll get rid of all of your split and dead ends. Keep your hair conditioned and be gentle with it when brushing!
