I am starting a new job in an office. I have no idea what the policy is for wearing pumps, slacks and hosiery? Should I wear trouser socks? Knee high? bare feet? I have no idea. (I really dont want to wear full out stockings/pantyhose) Please help!!!

Discriminating Make-Up??

Well im not sure if discriminating is the right word but has anyone else noticed that some makeup brands dont sell colours that darker skin people can wear like eyeshadow and face powder?? AND ive also noticed that its the same for lighter skined people, they cant wear certain eyeshadows and face powder, the brands don't have their shade. Is it possible to complain or ask companies to make enough shades for all the skin colours??

My mom won't.....?

My mome won't let me do anything I I have never dyed it and I want to go punk but she is not willing to support it. She is always like it sounds like they are expensive and i am not going to let you wear all black. I try to explain to her thats not waht being punkis about but she won't listen. She never understands me. This si something I really want and she won't take me anywhere besides tjmaxx. I have been going there for school clothes everyyear and I only get new clothes once a year. She won't let do anything. She always takeaway my maekup if I wear too much mascara! I also think its not fair that she can take away stuff that i bought with money i earned through hard work.

Of course hair color doesn't matter in a relationshio.. but I think it's really sexy when a guy has black hair... or really dark brown. But I'd go out with a blonde, or even a redhead.. but what hair color do you think is the sexiest???

What does it mean when one guy points you out and the other says"not bad?"?

I can be dressed up, full make-up, skimpy clothes or in my work uniform, v. plain, barely any make-up, jewellery, etc. and I get the same response if I have not make-up, sweat pants and a T-shirt....

My thighs are becoming the size of beach balls! Help!?

It's not like I'm fat, I eat alot of junk especially oily fods like fries. How do i become fit again. My mom told me to go on a little diet.
