Be yourself. Don't change yourself or who you are for anyone. Someone will accept your and love you for who you are. Give it time. Don't look so hard, love will find you.

Just try to get to know the girl that you have a crush on. If you find that you still like her then try to take your relationship futher. A girl likes when i guy isnt to pushy when he wants to talk to her. So take it slow and just be friends and she may even start to like you. JUST BE YOURSELF!
