Drink lots of water and dab a little Tea Tree Oil on it. You can find it at any health food store. Don't use too much though, it can have a burning sensation and the smell is quite strong.

Ok, this is a home remedy question, I guess. I would say start by scrubbing your skin (all over your face) with wet salt. Let the salt dry off. IT acts as an exfolient, and will pull dirt and oil out of your pores, when it dries. Next, try putting a small piece of ice on the inflamed portion of the blemish, to help the swelling go down.
Now try putting witch hazel on the blemish overnight. You can do witch hazel and honey or witch hazel and oatmeal, as a mask type deal. Throw a towel on your pillow to avoid getting the junk on it. Witch hazel is supposed to work on pimples, and oatmeal will dry it up, and the honey is an antibiotic.

Also try cutting the caffiene out of your diet some, and getting more sleep.

Check for acne. Drink water for your body and your skin. Don't risk dabbing ur urine/toothpaste on them. Don't fret too much hon or ull get worry wrinkles and there's really nothing much pre-teen agonizing can do about that!

I was told that the best thing for cleaning your skin is actually soap and water. Use circular motions to spread the lather evenly around your face, concentrating on problem areas. Rinse well with tepid (just warm) water and then apply a light moisturizer. Works for me, most of the time. :-)
