the best excercise in the morning is
to excercise caution
when eating exp if you say your thighs are like beach balls. Anyway I have yet to see a woman or a man with thighs like beach balls. Even the morbidly obese do not look like beach balls so why dont you look into a support group that will help you first feel better about yourself (I dont say make you feel like a princess or anything but to make you feel better than how you feel now) THEN try to do something about weight.
After all its almost always a guarenteed failure if you try to loose weight while you feel disgusted at yourself.
I'm serious. Get to feel comfortable with yourself first --- simply get to the point where you feel that you are overweight and thats that .
THEN say to yourself that you know you will have to do something about it then find support in doing so---- never do it alone. Humanbeings are not meant to be alone in these things. If we were, then why do we see so many support groups???huh?
The simple answer truely is simple:
Get support and feel confident FIRST--then go for the gusto!

You can always do some stretches. It helps stretch your muscles and make you more flexible. Can you go outside? Jogging around your neighborhood always does good. if not...if you have a staircase, run up and down that, i swear that is so tiring, by the 15th up and down im poofed. so give it a try. Go in your own back yard & do some walking or get your self a ab lounge it truly helps and try drinking ruby red grapefruit juice like I told you in one of your other questions lol.Good Luck

Set ups, pushups, maybe getting an indoor bike and pedaling it for about 30 minutes.

start out with fast walk then slowly into jogging. some sit ups and squats.
