It's not like I'm fat, I eat alot of junk especially oily fods like fries. How do i become fit again. My mom told me to go on a little diet.
What should I eat in the morning, afternoon and at night. What kind of excercises should i do when I 'm not aloud to step out the house but I have a balcony?

Before you do anything in the morning Drink Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice 8ozs in the morning before you eat or drink anything then 8ozs before you go to bed.The Grapefruit Juice attacks your fat cells also you need to drink 8 glasses of water a day cut down on your junk food & exercise try walking it will help you out alot also try the ab lounge that truly does wonders.Good Luck

Stop eating those junk food and exercise. Are there any stairs in your house? If so, you can walk up and down the stairs non-stop for at least 30 minutes everyday. I am not being silly; I am serious. It is a very good exercise

My wife has gone fast walking with me in the morning, and it has done wonders for both her thighs and obliques. If you get a couple of three pound handweights to swing back and forth while you walk, you'll be amazed at what a month or two of walking every day while doing this will do for your toning in both areas.

why cant you leave the house? you NEEEED to do cardio, aka jump rope hard for at least 30 min 3 times a week. at least. focus on vegetables and fruit! lean chicken and fish also. it will work! also, cut your portions in half AT LEAST!
