I don't need help with what and how to use it... but what colors are best for a red head with tan/nish skin ( am not pale since it's summer.. I am extremely tan) But I also need to know what to use when I go back to being pale. I have blue eyes and red eyelashes and eyebrows. What colors?

i have brown hair, brown eyes, and a really light tan, but im still red from some sunburn. i was wondering what is a good way to make my eyes look larger and also make my face a little brighter, and maybe good eyeliner/eyeshadow/lipgloss colors?

my hair is sandy blonde now, but as i get older i know 4 a fact it will go brown.. im wondering if either im too young to get my hair colored and it will damage my hair ( im 12 almost 13) or if it will look good, my hair is shoulder length and i have bangs, but my hair is naturally curly/ wavy and i stairghten it, but am stopping that, i want the natural curl, but i was wondering color? should i go either mre blonde? or darker brown? my eyes are hazel and i have a heart shaped face... help please!
