How do you remove/reduce dark under eye circles? (aside from sleeping early and without the use of any make up)...

Ok, so I had been using my mother's shampoo.
John Freida's, Beautiful Brunette.
What it did was turn my hair a lighter shade, from dark brown to almost dirty blonde.
I liked my hair dark brown, so I went and bought dark brown hair dye.
When I finish, my hair is BLACK!
Black.. :'(
So, is there any way to fix this?
I have not tried dying it again, as dark to light is hard to pull.
But please, hair gurus, save me from this emo look.

Hi, I have a normal to dry skin. Can anyone please tell me how many times a day should i cleanse,tone and moisturize my face?

i want to dye the bottom part of my hair a color thats darker then my natural hair color. and i don't want to do it until i know if it will look ok or if it will look totally horrible. so i was wondering if there was something VERY temporary i could try out before i do it for reals. anybody know of anything?

im a 13 year old girl and i was wondering is it too early to wear make up for me? i mean i dont want to go overboard on it but i dont really think i need it a whole lot..there are gonna be times that ill be like " i dont feeel like putting it on today" and ill look different and im sure ppl will notice me not wearing it. but pretty much i was thinking i wouldnt mind eye liner or mascara..i think the eyeliner is a bit muchh but i dont know. what do you think?
