She needs to go back to the hairdresser to get it toned down, that happened to me once, it looked like a bird had pooed on my head and I had combed it in and I am not joking.

You have to leave them like that for around 4 days because if you dye them again their hair can go green. I recommend that your friend goes to a professional hairdresser to get them toned down to ensure that their hair doesn't discolour

Go to your local chemist and buy a tint in Either beige blonde or ash blonde. They should tone it down. You can buy them in sachets. They will not damage your hair.

She can apply HENNA all over the hair.Dip henna(quantity acc to hair length and thickness) in water and keep it overnight.apply this paste all over the hair and leave it for three to five hours.Wash it off and after drying, oil the hair.Keep it overnight (or for two hours at least) and then shampoo.

Perhaps use a "herbal" colouring agent, such as henna? Or use one of the shampoos for brown hair, I think they have a tiny bit of colour in them.
