It will help exfoliate somewhat. I wouldn't recommend washing one's face more than twice a day, and I'd suggest using a different washcloth whenever you wash, but other than that I think you should be fine with the washcloth!

If you have sensitive skin then you shouldn't use a wash cloth or if you do only do it lightly and use a soft one but if your skin is tougher and not sensative then it's fine to use and get all the dead skin off!

well, it cleans out your pores and blemishes rather than washing and rinsing with your hands. i recommend to try out washing with a wash cloth if you dont already; it can in fact irritate your skin if you rub the cloth too hard, but good luck =]

Depends on the wash your using. Read the back label and it'll tell you whether you should use one or not.

you should only use water and clean towel....
