while i sit here at my computer, a lot of crazy messages, questions and other things keep appearing on my screen. they seem to come from some intelligence somewhere , (no, i'm not joking)

its happening right now as we speak.

I want to have straight hair, its kinda think, little bit frizzy and wavy, almost with curls. I use a straightening iron every few days but it ruins my hair even though i use treatments and heat protection sprays.
I was just wondering what options I have for straightening, their cost, and their effectivness, aswell as the negative effects.
(straightening balms etc seem to have no effect)

I have normal skin, i would like to start using a good, no a GREAT face care LINE of products. Made for women over 40 ( am looking to reduce lines-lift is not so important) that has a good sun block? in it as well. Thanx!!

My frend is extremely obese (her BMI is 39.9). Her dr. says her <3 is in trouble and shes overall unhealthy. Ive tried to talk to her bout it b4, and she got mad at me for bout 5 months. Were frendz again but shes still gaining weight! Ive tried everything i can think of "ive been eating so much! i NEED to go to the gym so i dont gain more weight" or "i really want to take up pilates/weight training but i dont wanna do it alone!" or "i wanna cut out candy. i just feel so bloated after i eat 'em!". we were lookin threw a magazine + it was followin some grlz threw ther weight loss. 1 girl was 5'8 + 180 lbs. She didn look really fat (definately not obese). + my frend said "i don understand why i weigh so much more than her I think i look the same as her, but i weigh 60 lbs more + am so much shorter!" I didn know wat 2 say to her, but thankfully the fone rang. what do i do? Im worried bout her weight cause shes so unhealthy, but i don wanna lose her as a frend either... HELP!

i really want to know how to do my hair like the girls in magazines when it looks all tousled and a bit messy whenever i try and to it myself it looks like a birds nest! do i need to use rollers? heated tongs? what products are best? i've got long blonde hair with a bit of a wave to it. hope you can help
