eyeliner, lipliner, foundation, cover up/loose powder, lipstick, eyeshadow & blush!
that's pretty much your whole face covered.. lol.
I dont wear makeup all the time, just when I go out to clubs and things like that. But, when I do, I wear all of those and I dont find I need anything else to put on my face. i would have put chapstick but that really isnt makeup, but it's always good to put that on before you put your lipstick on bc it makes your lips feel good. I always put that one before the lipstick and liner. :)
mascara is good, but i find it's a pain to put on so I never wear it.
also, in the summertime I like to put a bronzing powder on my face. i like the glowing effect that it has.

Mascara, a good eyeliner, neutral eyeshadows, base makeup/concealer for blotchy days, blush, bronzer, and good brushes to apply.
