Shampoo and condition as usual. Add a curl enhancing gel and comb hair... then scrunch toward roots. Spray with Fekkia scrunching spray, available at Sephora or Sephora.com and continue scrunching your hair until almost dry. You'll have gorgeous looking messy waves.

If your hair is long then I would suggest this: when it is wet after you have washed it, take small sections and twist them around your fingers to make waves, leave it to dry naturally and then run your fingers through it. Keep it covered with a hat during the hottest hours of the day, or use the lotions that protect your hair from the heat of the sun and stop it getting frazzled and dry.
