i have always been really skiny, now i put on a few lbs and cant get them of. what should i do?!?!

Trust me I have always worked at getting my weight at a level that I was comfortable with ( as if we are ever satisfied with our bodies, lol ) Cardio is the best all around fat reducer. It helped me in addition..lifting weights, light and/or heavy burns calories too...so while toning/scuplting your muscles you could be burning calories too. And last but not least do not dramatically reduce your eating habits, slightly alter them a bit, portion control..and don't starve yourself. Through all the days I wanted to be lighter than I was I learned that you are not going on a diet you are making a lifestyle change. And for what it's worth you can eat all the foods you love...just do it in moderation.

Try Pilates. They are great. Make sure you cut down on fast food/junk food and drink lots of water and Green Tea.

well drink alot of water exercise like walk or run a mile a day eat right, and no junk food.

Shy away from the carbs: fries, pasta, sugar.
